Divisions & Command
Hierarchy
Once a player achieves the rank of Legionnaire
that player may open a division.
The Legionnaire must submit a Division Name and Graphic.
9 Recruits are needed to complete a division:
They may be Barons,
Squires, and Footmen
at time of recruiting. One spot is open for a sub-commander
position, in which a player of any
rank may be recruited.
Once
a Legionnaire
is promoted to Lord
by surpassing 1700 TOH points, they may choose to become Lord in-Command
of the division. A second division then may be opened up or
taken over by the lord if another commanding Legionnaire accepts their
command.
Division Campaigns - Land Wars
|
Divisions initiate land war
campaigns amongst each other. A land is chosen to
fight for, with the winning division acquiring the land and the
prestige that follows with it. 75 Lands are available for
conquest.
DIVISION CAMPAIGNS
are mini-tournaments between Divisions
and are for points, prestige and medals. It is
organized in agreement with the legionnaires or lords
themselves. A map is chosen with certain
conditions. A single elimination tournament is set,
until there is one division standing. That division,
of course recieves the honors....
|
|
Round 1 matchups are set as follows:
Lord vs. Lord (only if both divisions
have Lords in-command) Legionnaire vs. Legionnaire Sub-Commander vs.
Sub-Commander 8 recruits randomly/captains' discretion vs. 8 recruits
Lords and Legionnaires may mutually refuse to
play in the campaign. After the first round, the victors of these
matches are re-sorted at random or by Legionnaires' choice until there is complete victory on one
side. |
Land Artifacts
If a division is successful in defeating
another for the land, that division acquires the artifact that is
indigenous to that land. Each land artifact is unique, and has
unique benefits to the division for future campaigns.
The artifact may be used once in a
campaign, it is however, up to the Legionnaire to decide when to use it
and by whom. Properties of an artifact can range from gameplay
modification, such as usage of a bonus artifact, creature, dwelling, or
town. Others may have even more unique properties that do not
directly affect gameplay.
Accumulated lands means more artifacts
at the divisions' disposal.
TOH Rankings Points and Division
Prestige Benefits
Upon successful campaign victory,
each member of the division that participated in the campaign (ie. did not
forefit) recieves a bonus of 25
rankings points to their main TOH
ranking. Players also recieve a campaign
icon representing participation in a
victorious land campaign, to their main TOH rankings. The
division itself gains 10 prestige
points on the divisions rankings
page, and retains the artifact for its use in future campaigns.
Challenges within the Division itself
Any recruit of the division but the
sub-commander that has achieved the rank of legionnaire may choose to
challenge the Legionnaire of the same Division for a best 2/3
game challenge to take over command
of the division. The Legionnaire cannot refuse.
A legionnaire in command of a division may choose to challenge their Lord
or Overlord for the position of lordship under the division in a best 3/5
game challenge. If the
lord loses the challenge, they must step down and leave command of the
division.
Roleplaying Attribues and Development of
a Legionnaire/Lord

With every campaign victory, one attribute point becomes available to
the legionnaire, lord, overlord, and even sub-commander of a
division. This can be then distributed to any of the 12 different
player attributes. Remember that this can enhance the command
of a Division leader, or be used to boost their main TOH
record. All Legionnaires, Lords, and Emperors have a player
photo and personal profile/history on their TOH record, and on Rankings
page.
Other Issues
LEAVING A DIVISION
- Recruits may leave a division at any time, or join another one,
but must contact their division captain to notify them of the
change. Recruits may not however, move to another division if their
original division is in the middle of a campaign they are participating
in.
FOREFITS
- Recruits who fail to participate or show in a campaign game within the
deadline, may be forefited. If the campaign has more than 40%
forefits
or passes, the campaign is disbanded.
