All of you know about Tamanrasset's letter about me (letter attached). Illogicality of his accusations and lack of real proofs made me to write an answer Tamanrasset brings 3 main accidents on which he makes his accusations: 1. The accident with Ricard It happened because of my bad knowledge of English. He said that he had an artifact and I guessed where he must have taken. Then I told him that I knew about it. He misunderstood me and thought that I was cheating. He told Mocara about it and I was banned from the league without any words. After this I talked to Ricard and he realized that he misunderstood me. Those time a lot of people thought that I and Ivan Ivan Ivan were the one person. That played a bad trick on me and Mocara asked me to change name (Alan for Antal) 2-nd incident was with Tamanrasset He accused me of attacking 7 genies without archers. So he alludes that I was using the 2-nd PC Firstly, I had a hero expert in diplomacy. People who played HOMM2 know that with expertise in diplomacy you may buy or join any wandering creatures if you have enough troops and money (my hero had 7 green dragons and a pack of hydras). Secondly, if I were using a 2-nd PC I wouldn't have attacked genies and rather would go to kill T., because he built dragons a week later then I did. What can I say about crashes, 2 PC's and a gossip that I have several names? I'm tired to explain that I live in a university student town and we have here about 400 PC's in a LAN. It is no wonder that among 5000 students living here there are students who can play Heroes. They just are interesting more in other pastimes or they do not play via Internet. There are 2 opinions existing simultaneously that I have 2 or more PC's and make crashes on purpose. Where's the logic? Gentlemen, choose one opinion! If I have 2 PC's what for do I need to make crashes? Let me to ask everybody. Do all of you have a good connection? Do you never have crashes? So should we accuse everybody in cheating if he crashes in a wrong time? 3. Now about my game with Jarcik. Attached toTamanrasset's letter chat shows that I proposed Jarcik to repeat his move as he wishes or even surrender. But he realized that he will lose in any case, or didn't understand the situation correctly definitely decided to continue playing. (evidently he thought that I was cheating) Now about the cheating problem in common. I understand that this problem worries a lot of people. I also had cheating suspicions in several games, and some of them appeared to be not unfounded in future. But I didn't have the obvious proofs and never told my opponents about it. Sometimes people when playing with me thought that I was cheating because I win too fast (it's my style 8-)) ). But when they studied the saves and listened to my explanations they overturned their accusations. I think is it's all right. You cannot claim that someone is cheater only because of suspicions. I do not think that those who signed the Tamanrasset's letter have something personally against me, they are just mistaken in their conjectures. I think the main problem is that I had unpleasant accident ( it became fatal for me) when I just began playing Heroes; and many people thought it was not casual. That's why a lot of people signed the letter even though they didn't have any claims to me in our games. I do not want to cause players to quarrel with each other. The other person would just leave the game and never return but my good name costs me too much, even though virtual. Heroes for me is not a hobby, it's a kind of sport (like chess). I think that this method ( Studying saves and discussing a game after its end ) is the only real way to fight cheating. I think that's all Now I would like to ask those who agree with me and think that people shouldn't be claimed as cheaters only because someone's suspicions (exactly what happened to me) to sign under this letter. This will help my restoration in league. Thanks, Antal.
