When a player achieves the rank of Captain, they may take the option of becoming a Division leader.
*The Captain may then recruit up to 9 players of any rank to join their Divison, one being their First
Lieutenant (Second in Command--not necessarily a lieutenant, however). Recruits can be cadets to
captains, and first lieutenants can be up to colonel's ranking.
When a captain achieves the rank of Colonel, they may take the option of being their division general.

The division assumed can be renamed and given new icon graphic by Division Captain.

Division Prestige levels calculated as follows: 1 point /week of existence (complete divisions only), 10 points per
campaign victory, 5 points per artifact,  Division membership is seen on the rankings page as a shield inlayed with the 
division initials.
