When a player achieves the rank of Captain, they may take the
option of becoming a Division leader.
*The Captain may then recruit up to 9
players of any rank to join their Divison, one being their First
Lieutenant (Second in Command--not
necessarily a lieutenant, however).
The
division assumed can be renamed and given new icon graphic by
Division Captain.
