MAY 1999 By the time it was summer of 99, the site had over 100 active players, but the site was still operated manually by one volunteer, Vesuvius.  A small facelift, and the first imape map helping link some of the more popular subsections eased navigation.  Players met and played each other mostly by ICQ.
