"No Rules"
is the mantra around here. ToH does not endorse the making of rules in any manner.   We encourage you to hold to the policy of "no rule making," if your opponent starts to try to coerce you into making rules (Beware: often your opponent wants the rules because they feel it gives them the best advantage in some form of another). Do not send your issue to the Honor Council if you are having an argument that involves rules you made with your opponent.  Decisions are made as if there were no rules in place.

"Rushing"/early attack and "Hit and Run" tactics are part of the game and can be techniques used by players. The biggest part of playing this game is that players are trying to win the game. Be on your guard, learn from your mistakes, and realize that bad circumstances will sometimes befall you in any game. Many lucky game issues like getting a good Utopia while your opponent did not, getting some hugely overpowering spell are a part of the games "bad medicine" that can be delt against you.

ToH wishes players to enjoy playing in whatever manner they like. If imposing rules on a game is what you like to do (ie: "It's not fun for me to lose that way."), then please understand that the Honor Council will not rule on your game if there is a conflict regarding your rules. You are still free to play with your friends as you choose.

"Passworded Games" Failure to deliver a password to an Honor Council member can result in any disciplinary action deemed appropriate. (More then likely it will result in a players account termination)
