Top Finalist Recieves  the Hero Statuette +40 Prestige Points

Players may play free challenge games against each other with a modified format for this tournament; you play with your starting hero only, you cannot ever purchase another hero again.

• Player begins with starting hero only, you cannot purchase another hero in towns' tavern.  If you do, it is considered cheating and you are disqualified.  Usually the tavern is disabled on the map (towns and map areas).  You cannot flee a battle, surrender or retreat.
• General rules; random hero, random town.  Any map including Random can be played in this tournament.  You can mutually agree to pick heroes.
• When reporting wins and losses, make sure the subtournament option 'The Hero' is selected to get credit.  First round is free challenge.  You can play for Clan Points as well.
• Only footman ranked players or higher may participate.  The top 8 winners will be matched up against each other for the the Top Finalist Prize.
• It is not necessary to take an opponents' castle to win whomever loses their hero first loses the match.
• Points for Hero:  5 points per win, 1 point per loss
• *It is strongly recommended that you check opponents' hero by visiting tavern to make sure they stay with the same hero, and not have multiple heroes involved.
